I got Coconut Manna from Nutiva, and it's delish!!! Think peanut butter, but from coconut. They take the whole flesh of the coconut and grind it up into a smooth paste. It has all of the coconut oil, fiber, and flesh you want. I've had it on toast and in my hot chocolate. Others recommend putting it in smoothies!
